Good Shepherd Foundation’s mission is to support our aging community to live gracefully during their later years. After building our families, communities, and country, they deserve the utmost respect and dignified care.

The Good Shepherd Foundation serves the entire Good Shepherd Family including older adults, families, staff, volunteers, and church congregations. We are dedicated to the growth of services and programs.

Generous financial support from people like you makes a profound impact allowing us to provide more care and comfort to the people we serve, and beautification of our campus settings. Choose a specific area of need, or our Greatest Needs Fund that lends support to all of Good Shepherd. You may make a one-time gift or give on an on-going basis annually. The choice is yours!

We invite you to join us in calling Good Shepherd home.

Memorials

Many people like to give gifts in memory of their loved ones.  At Good Shepherd, there are two options. One is the purchase of a Memorial stone, etched with your loved one’s name and placed in our serenity garden at our main campus entrance. The other is to make a monetary memorial donation directed to the fund of your choice in honor of your loved one by clicking on the button below.  For more information, contact Cheryl in our Foundation office at 320-259-3491.

Cottage Link Construction

With the cold, winter weather approaching, the safety and comfort of our residents is more necessary than ever. Plans have been designed to build an enclosed link between the cottages and the campus. A capital campaign is underway to fund this construction.

Matching Gifts

Many businesses and/or organizations will match their employee’s giving efforts. The matching gift program is a wonderful opportunity to help us continue our mission and encourage others to consider a donation. Check with your benefits specialist to see if your company participates.

#harvesting Good annual campaign

Each year we ask for donations from our staff and the greater community. These donations act as seeds we plant to grow our programs and services. The result is a bountiful harvest that allows us to enrich the lives of those we serve in many and varied ways.

Homespun Holiday

Usually in December we host an arts, crafts, and holiday gifts sale. This provides a great opportunity to shop for unique gifts, most of which are handmade with love by local vendors. Unfortunately, we will not be having this event in December, 2021. We hope to bring the event back in 2022.
