Good Shepherd Supportive Services are package options offered to those who live in Shepherd Oak and Shepherd Oak West apartments, located on the Sauk Rapids campus.

Whether you move into an apartment needing Supportive Services, or you need more services over time as you age in place, we are there for you. Supportive Services can provide help with household tasks, meal and snack options, supportive and health care services, and individualized personal care services. Supportive Services are provided through a comprehensive home care license with the State of Minnesota.

    This package is designed for those who are still able to take care of themselves but need some assistance with things that may become difficult with aging.
