“We just love it here!
This isn’t just
an apartment complex,
this is our home.”
– Jack & Cheryle

When you live in the apartments at Good Shepherd, you belong to a community where you can be as active and engaged as you choose to be. When you want privacy, your apartment is your sanctuary. When you want to be social, your neighbors live right down the hall.

By making Good Shepherd your home, you’ll discover new freedom, new experiences and the companionship of new friends.

Shepherd Court Apartments

These apartments are a great introduction to community living. Adults 55+ choose from seven, one and two-bedroom market rate floor plans. Wonderful amenities are included in the rent such as: garbage pick-up at your door five days per week, Satellite TV, basic Wi-Fi and weekly light housekeeping of the kitchen and bathroom. There is a lovely interior courtyard with raised gardens and benches to enjoy outdoors during our short, but beautiful, Minnesota summers. Feed your green thumb by volunteering to tend our many community gardens and enjoy the fresh produce.
