Good Shepherd Community is in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. We serve older adults with home health care, 55+ patio homes and apartments, HUD low-income (62+) apartments, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and long-term care services. We are a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)3 organization, and all faiths are welcome. 

Our goal is to provide an active, engaging, and fulfilling experience for each resident. We realize that is very individual, personal, and may be different for everyone.
