Central Minnesota Watercolorists
Our mission is to provide opportunities and service to our area artists and members, to provide creative environments for all CMW members, and to encourage and strive toward creative excellence in all water mediums.
History
The first meeting of the group was held on January 19, 1981. Since that time, our organization has grown and offers several opportunities for water medium artists in our area. Theses include providing opportunities for learning and improving one’s skills. This is accomplished through demonstrations by professional artists, paint-ins, helpful critiques, and the opportunity to participate in area shows so work by our members may be seen and shared with a wider audience.
